Ajiwow Inc. (“we”) handles the personal information we receive through this website as follows.

2. What we collect
Through the contact form: your name, company or restaurant, email address, the type of enquiry and your message.
When you browse this site, information such as your IP address, browser and device details and the pages you view is sent automatically, for analytics (see section 7).
3. Why we use it
What you send through the contact form is used only to reply to your enquiry. We do not use it for anything else.
4. How it is sent and kept
The form is delivered to us by email through Microsoft Azure (Azure Functions and Azure Communication Services). It is not stored in a database.
The email is kept in our mailbox for as long as we need it to reply and to continue the conversation.
5. Sharing
We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except where the law requires it.
6. Services we use and data outside Japan
We use the following services to run this site. These companies may handle data on servers outside Japan.
- Microsoft Corporation (USA): Microsoft Azure, which serves this site and sends the contact form by email
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): Cloudflare Turnstile, spam protection for the contact form
- Google LLC (USA): Google Analytics, site analytics, and YouTube, only when you play a film
7. Cookies and data sent to other companies
We use Google Analytics from Google LLC to understand how the site is used and to improve it. Google Analytics uses cookies. The contact page also uses Cloudflare Turnstile from Cloudflare, Inc. to stop spam. As a result, the following information is sent to these companies.
